On behalf of the Journal of Food Nutrition & Health, as Editor-in-Chief, it is my distinct honour and privilege to inform you that Journal of Food Nutrition & Health is a peer-reviewed scientific journal that offers pioneering research exploring the association of food and nutrition in promoting healthy living.
Nutrition is described in Science and Human Medicine as the practice of eating food that the cells in the body need to stay alive. Nutrition research nowadays focuses primarily on metabolic pathways and biochemical ways of understanding how food substances we consume turn from one to another substance. This explains how certain disorders or conditions are caused by poor or unhealthy diets.
The importance of healthy nutrition is of paramount importance with a rising and aging population worldwide. The effect of innovation includes the sharing and cooperation of expertise across sectors. There is a steep increase in manufactures in the food industry over ages and the approximate gain is increasing over year. But still we are conducting our researches to form a healthier generation. Due to unhealthy diet regulations the risk of nutritional disorders is also increased. The food consumed by mankind in nowadays is not providing enough supplements of Vitamins and Minerals which may leads to disorders. Healthy eating may result in healthier life and increase the life span.
